You never use the word "Home" around here as it tends to be a jinx, but...
Every day Jack is more and more himself. When I arrived this morning I got a little bit of a smile, and he finally wants to play with his toys again. He's not loving being held for very long as it seems to make him uncomfortable, but he's happy as a clam in his crib.
Dr. Kaza stops by a few times a day to check on him, which is one of the reasons we think he's the best. I talked with him a few minutes ago and he said we might get to go home tomorrow after they do an echo and make sure everything looks ok. If not tomorrow then Saturday. It does make me a little nervous to go home while Jack is still hurting so much, but I know we'll all rest a little easier without so much craziness around.

Yea I bet you will be home 2morrow! I am so glad he is doing so well. I bet his echo will look great also. It isn't that bad being home with a hurting baby. Kylie wants to be snuggled all day long. Who needs a better excuse to lay in bed all day? As long as I keep the lortab in her she does okay. I am going to try just tylenol later today though because she gets so LOOPY on it. I am so HAPPY for you guys. I wish I could come up and see you before you go, but like I said it is a whole day to drive there and back and sweet little Kylie is not up to it yet. That is right to you never say the "H" word at PCMC.
Keep up the good work! I can't believe how well Jack is doing. Give him high five and kiss from me.
Oh, I hope it happens! So glad he's doing so well! Good Luck!
Wow - Jack is recovering so fast this time around! We always knew he was a superstar. Little Laurie says "hello" and she misses her little NICU roomie. We are grateful that Jack is doing so well. Go Jack!
I thought it was supposed to be weeks. Yay, less than a week would be awesome. I assume he took to the bottle quickly since you haven't mentioned it. Way to go Jack. I am sending his item from JJ Cole so I will wait until you are home.
I am so glad that he is doing so amazing. I knew he would just breeze through it. I am so sorry we didn't make it up there today. Ryan took Daxton to clinic because I got stuck doing hair this morning so Ryan took over. Daxtons white blood cell count is up so we are going to keep him in for awhile. Let me know when Jack is ready for our dinner date. Sending you all the best, much love, Hilary
YEA for the "H" Word! I am so so glad everything has gone so well! I would love to stop by the hospital but I've actually had the dumb flu bug today! So I will stear clear! But know that we are thrilled and thinking of you often!
Are you serious!? home already!? I'm so proud of him!
I think Mom and Dad are real troopers too! You guys are awesome and little Jack is blessed to be in your family! Love you guys!
