A Tall Drink of Water

This afternoon my mom and I took Jack on a nice long walk in beautiful sunshine. When we got back to my mom's I got us both a glass of ice water and brought it into the living room where my mom was holding Jack. Jack saw the glass of water and got super excited. He grabbed for it, pulled it to his mouth and started chugging straight from the cup.

Uhhh...when did my baby learn to do that? I've never offered him a cup before. He's never even tried a sippy cup, or water for that matter. Just milk and bottles. He was a little messy but actually did a fairly good job. Crazy kid.

I guess he's trying to tell you he wants to try new things :)

I know I don't know you and your family, but I am praying for all of you. My neice is 13 today and was born with HLHS. For her story you can go to www.ahopefulheart.com
She is trying to raise awareness as well as $$ for families of children born with CHD.
God Bless you and your family.

So funny! Maybe it's a heart kid thing... Alex only wants a sippy cup to chew on, but will drink from a regular cup! I think we should've learned by now, they're going to do it their way!
I don't think Jack could get any cuter Aimee! His smile brings a smile to my face everytime I see it! So glad that he's doing well!
It's so nice to be able to come out of hibernation isn't it?!

How cute, that is so funny. He knows what we want no more playing around for him. He is growing up so fast. I love the cheeks. I bet you don't get enough smoochs off them.
